Starting The New Year Right

We rang in 2013 at Sitio de Amor in San Pablo, Laguna. It was such a lovely and quiet place the earthlings didn't even ask for the iPad. (That is until they saw an adult using one on the last day. Yes are by far more attached to our gadgets.) Instead they rode a horse, biked, flew a kite, swam in the lagoon, played cards, toasted marshmallows in a bonfire and simply ran around. Two consecutive no school days of no TV, no Wii, no iPad is unheard of in our house. A sign of things to come?
